Views from the home are incredible. Kitchen is well stocked. Deck is very large and well maintained. Lots of toys and games for the kids. High chair and baby gates. Seriously the perfect spot for a vacation with little kids. Sea ranch doesn’t have a bad view and we loved wandering along the coastal and redwood trails.

Spacious family spaces inside and out, good kitchen (could have benefitted from microwave instructions), quiet, deer, partial view of ocean, fireplace, clean. Bed and bedroom small, not en-suite bathroom but adjacent. Worked just fine for our anniversary getaway.

The home had a very "lived-in" feel. This is definitely not an overly updated home. It's older and slightly worn around the edges. But it was clean, comfortable, and had sense of architectural place that was clearly "Sea Ranch" -- excluding one or two furniture style choices. If this is what you're looking for, and for only two or 3 people tops, it works just fine and was a good deal.

House feels bigger than the pictures convey. Cleaned well. Comfy beds. Cozy carpet. Big deck is great for morning coffee and afternoon reading. Good spot!

The three full or double beds served us three friends well; they might not each be big enough for 2 adults. The house was well-supplied. We weren't able to get answers (How to see the packet of information, for example) to our questions from the rental agency online, so waited over an hour and a half on the phone. Twice! So the house was fine, the communication lacking.
