Quiet area near Sedona, clean and comfortable

Stayed for a few days visiting Sedona and as a base camp for side trips to other near by areas. Clean and comfortable and quiet, great for unwinding.

Sedona retreat

Wonderful stay in Sedona. This property had everything we needed for our stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed seeing the javelinas and quails right next to our yard. Will stay here again.

Great Place

This was a great place in a great area. Just a couple hundred yards from the Sugarloaf Trailhead. The place itself had everything you could want, including a nice outdoor space in the backyard.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home; we have a family of 5 and enjoyed also bringing our dog with us. It was nice that the property was fenced so we could leave our pup for short periods of time without worrying about her getting out. Also loved this home’s proximity to some trails! Basic necessities were provided and the home was very clean.

Great place right by beautiful hiking trails in a quiet neighborhood. We really had a great time with our two dogs. Also super close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely go back to this property.

Loved the location with the easy access to a trailhead for a beautiful morning or afternoon hike. House was clean & easy instructions left for operations of the home. Would stay again if in Sedona in future.

Great Getaway!

Wonderful rental home. Tucked away and private but close to everything. We loved being able to walk to a trailhead. Very spacious, and clean. The home is equipped with everything you need to feel at home including a beautiful outdoor space. A favorite Sedona rental for sure. Looking forward to returning.

Property was just as described.....driveway is a little steep but other then that the back yard was perfect if you are bringing dogs....house was clean...beds were comfortable...what more can you ask for? would definitely stay again on our next trip to Sedona .....

our appointments were mostly west Sedona and this was a perfect location for those, but also super close to trails and almost as close as you can get to mountains. Very spacious with big windows to enjoy light of Sedona and the trees /plants on property

Beautiful Property and Location - Pet Friendly!

My husband and I had a great week in Sedona at this property. It was walking distance to great trails and the entire property is fenced in which made it great for our two dogs to be secure and safe outside. It was perfect for them to enjoy time away from the Phoenix heat! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals but we were also very close to some great restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Good hiking days . Relaxing backyard. Driveway very steep bent our trailer hook up connection. No garage door opener. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Excellent bbq but no utensils. We did enjoy our stay.

Great property in a great neighborhood. Will truly feel like a local! If you’re expecting resort views and resort trail access, there are better and more expensive options. But for us us, this was exactly what we were looking for!

Relaxing and clean

Great property with nice amenities. We really enjoyed the patio areas and the grill- and the cookware was all in good shape. Trailhead nearby was very convenient and fun addition to our stay! If you walk in the neighborhood very early in the morning, you may spot some javelinas.

Location

Convenient location. Was in Sedona for two nights, 3 days. Completed Sedona, Grand Canyon and Jerome tours with two friends. Did not spend much time at the VRBO. It is centrally located and was a good jumping off point for our tours and evening reservations at Mole and Dahl and Di Luca.
