Dirty, dusty, stained carpets, cockroaches in kitchen, wifi not working. Would not stay here again.

The rental was not cleaned prior to our check in. It shows it was not cleaned for many weeks, the amount of dust and dirt on the air vents. That's not appropriate for anyone to stay. Prior to check in, I sent multiple emails for ensuring the house would be clean. And even with replys of housekeeping staff being notified, the home was not properly cleaned. Wifi was not functioning upon arrival. After some self Troubleshooting the wifi continued to not function at full speeds, issues with security certificate and logging in. We had to use our own mobile hot spots and mobile networks for work/pleasure. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches, under the sink was filthy. The house is not well maintained and needs clean furniture, clean carpeting, and major dusting and thorough air vent cleaning. It's an injustice to have guests rent this property if it's not maintained. Would not stay here again. The home has potential if well kept. Liked the amenities in the aquatic club and nice views from front yard.

This home needs extensive cleaning, maintenance, replacement, and repair of many items throughout the property. The house has been well used, and as usual, some guests didn't care about the property. The property management company, Vacasa, hasn't done its job maintaining the home and keeping it in good, clean working order. My wife and I spent the first three hours of our visit going to the store to get cleaning supplies and then returning to clean the home because it looked and felt dirty.

April Bayside Golf Outing

Great location. House has 5 bedrooms and an additional separate structure about the size of a 2 car garage that is set up as a game room with it's own full bath and a pull out couch. We hope Vacasa figures out how to put the garbage out so the guests don't have to load garbage bags on the hoods of their car and drive around looking for the dumpsters. And we're hoping the owner's decide to freshen the home up in terms of decor, appliances, lighting, etc. We hope to stay again.

Thanksgiving Getaway 2023

This house is in a great location. It is a big house that has a lot of space for a large family. It is fully furnished with everything you need. Even the little things you may forget. We had a few issues and sent over a message to the host. The host made sure they were addressed the next day. We loved the game room and spent a lot of time playing pool and Pac-Man Jr. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be returning this summer to enjoy the other amenities at Bayside. We cannot wait.

Need keyless entry or at least one door

Add keyless entry to the garage and store the keys in the house somewhere. Driving 20 to 30 minutes out of the way to pick up Keys is not ideal. This needs to be repeated at checkout.

Excellent house and resort area

The house is beautiful and big. And bayside resort is very good, the resorts crews are very polite as the club members, very welcoming and kind environment. A lot amenities, including live music , so much to do outdoor and indoor .

Great Property...With One Glaring Exception

The Great--Very nice property, the 4,000 square foot home absorbed 11 people and we all had space to move around. Floor plan worked, kitchen very spacious. The decor was American history throughout which was a pleasant break from the pink and teal starfish of the typical beach community property. Even Wallace Nutting would approve of the decor! Neighborhood was very nice. The home sits across from a small lake next to the golf course with a long macadam walkway where the kids can ride their bikes free of traffic. The pool and fitness center nearby were very nice (for a small extra fee) The game room, a separate building, sits across the property driveway and is nice for "getting away" from the crowd for pool or video games. Nice sized garage for the kids to play in if its raining. Overall, a lot to like.

The layout of this home is perfect for a large family. We keep coming back to to this home year after year because the layout is awesome for multi families. There are plenty of bathrooms and the guest house provides privacy when someone needs to chill alone! The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the pools and activities at Sunridge. The back porch is great for family game night. The front porch is beautiful for morning coffee and even catching a concert that is happening across the road. Also the view of the golf course is beautiful. Many updates from last year were very much appreciated. The kitchen has been well stocked this year with even a blender, new pans and food storage containers. Nice new kitchen dish towels too! The kitchen refrigerator has been repaired, new cushions on front and back porches were nice. The air conditioner was new and worked well. The upstairs air conditioner was a bit difficult to regulate. It was cold and we could not get the temperature controlled. There was not a vacuum cleaner in the home. We would have like to give the home a vacuum daily and had to resort to using just a broom. There are still a few updates that need to be done, in order to make this home comfortable. The most annoying thing is the living room furniture. It is not comfortable for a family to sit and watch a movie. The couch is dirty and worn. The rest of the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Since there is not a family room, and the couch only comfortably seats 4 or 5 people, there is no indoor space for the family to gather. Besides the couch, the rest of the seating is hard and uncomfortable. The bed frame in the downstairs bedroom appears to be broken. The bed leans to the left side. Upstairs, all the mattresses, besides the master bedroom, need replaced. They sag and just are not comfortable. The most disturbing thing this year was the condition of the home when we arrived. I don’t believe it was cleaned at all. The beds were made but I am not even sure the sheets were changed. The downstairs bedroom did not even have towels in it. Every single bed had empty water bottles, receipts from shopping, clothing articles, etc all shoved under the beds. Hygiene items were left under beds, on the floors and bathroom counters. Clothing items were left in drawers and under beds. Dirty towels on the floor and dirty dishes were found in the guest house. A vase full of dead roses graced the dining room table. The garbage can was full and several bags of garbage placed on top of the full can. The garage was full of cardboard, none of which was broken down, just boxes thrown in the garage. The refrigerator in the garage was not cleaned as there were food and dairy items left in the refrigerator and freezer. It is clear this home was not cleaned. My family cleaned before we brought our items in. We did not wait for someone to come back and clean as we wanted to get settled and start our vacation. I called to report this and they did send a girl over. We had her clean the guest house as we had already cleaned the home. Vacasa did respond quickly and send someone over to clean. I was happy with their response . I just feel this should never have happened. The home did not even smell clean.

Great location in Bayside with lots of space!

We had a good stay at 1182 Signature Blvd. Here’s what we liked: -The home is large with sizable bedrooms and lots of space to accommodate a large group (We had 10 people). -House has a beautiful view of the 18th hole overlooking a well manicured pond that our kids were able to fish in. -Guest House/Game Room: all the kids gathered here when we we were not out at the beach. Gave them a fun place to hang out and kept the noise separate from the main house. -Patio/Grill - the house has a beautiful backyard with a grill that we took full advantage of. What we didn’t like: -Wi-Fi and televisions did not work when we arrived (vacasa sent someone over and they fixed the Wi-Fi but was not able to fix tv’s) -The air conditioning was not set upon arrival so the house was very hot. - furnishings: like other reviewers I can best describe the home furnishings as very unique. Clearly the owners are fans of the colonial/civil war era. Beds- bring your own pillows if you want to get a good nights sleep. The pillows provided are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Grill cleaning - we used the grill 2 nights but I spent an hour having to clean the grill the first night since it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Overall we had a nice experience and would consider coming back to this home in the future.

Checking time 4pm..cleaners still there no fault of their own...didnt get in till close to 5:30. No call to inform me they were running late. Had to call back to get sheets for bed and towels. Doors to home and separate guest house needed maintenance. Whole place needed paint. Most tvs didn't work and they were all very small. Every bed except king was very uncomfortable and noisy. Some beds had no mattress pad, one had waterproof mattress pad. Pillows were stained. Clothes dryer didn't work well..ice machine didn't work. Lots of chairs on outside upper deck broken. Dining room chair broken. Weeds on outside back patio out of control. No gas tank for grill. Outside property not maintained...staining. Inside decor very outdated. Not much seating in family room area. That about sums it up. For what we paid...not worth it...should have been much better maintained.

An Exprience

I loved the concept and the space .I do feel that things could ve been cleaned prior to my check in..there was little things that needed to be updated in the house.The staff was friendly.Overall great house to get away from it all.
