"Beautiful location, helpful staff"

"This was a great experience. Thanks to the staff at the Club Lounge but in particular to Manui (not remembering his name completely) who suggested a room upgrade for my family (2 children). The room was great and we really enjoyed all 4 nights!!! The hotel is in great condition and having access to the Club Lounge for breakfast with my children. We only missed the opportunity to try several restaurants that for some reason were closed during our stay. "

"The room was dustless, staff were very nice helpful, and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Cons: water in public onsen had plenty of dead skin and pubic hair floating at 10pm. Hope it had an auto filter option. "

"Love their open air public bath and the snack areas in evening and night time. The activities at night is so much fun too. "

"This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The place was spotless, the view was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I missed when we had to go and would love to go back some day. Only slight negatives are expensive lunch/dinner options, but there are many other options within walking distance. If you have the means definitely go here."

"Highly recommend for anyone visiting Okinawa, Japan. Plenty of eating abd shopping options plus entertainment. Everything is in walking distance, even the beach. The staff is kind and very accommodating to all your needs."
