A nearby staircase leads down to the barefoot sandy beach.
Accessible by elevator from each residence, the exclusive rooftop terrace features a private cabana for each residence—an unprecedented feature in Cayman residential development. The Sands boasts one of the largest rooftop pools on Grand Cayman with mesmerizing touch-the-sky views overlooking Seven Mile Beach.
The Sands ensures rooftop accessibility for all guests with a wheelchair-accessible elevator plus a wheelchair lift to access the pool deck and cabanas.
This 4-bedroom penthouse condo is designed for maximum privacy. With only two residences per floor, each condo is a corner unit with north or south-facing views. All condos have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large, glass-railed balcony. Each residence includes two complimentary underground parking spaces.

A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls. *** BEACH NOTES *** The Sands sits at the northern tip of Seven Mile Beach, approximately one mile north of the Kimpton Resort. Guests at The Sands benefit from exclusive access to a private Beach Deck equipped with sun loungers and sunbrellas. To access the sandy beach, use the stairs at the end of the road towards the gas station.
