good find in the city
hotel is very clean , people are polive limited English but helpful rooms are excellent and we'll kept. WiFi signal is weak, the breakfast is a tradition Chinese breakfast if you are a westernerror and not used to this style you will be disappointed I would stay here in my future travels to shenzhen

Very nice design hotel
The hotel design was nice although it look old from outside. Nice are very professional. Is located near Nanshan train station. But was showing correctly on the map in hotels.com but still not diffcult to find. Is exit A from the subway Nanshan

Decent deal, very workable with a couple caveats
I spent three total nights in this hotel while on a vacation with my wife and two kids. This neighborhood (Nanshan) in Shenzhen is expensive for a person looking for something above a local hotel. It's a little hard to find. The sign is big but figuring out the entrance took some energy. There is not a driveway and you have to check in on the 5th (?) floor after taking an unmarked elevator. If you are new to China, you should take someone who speaks your language and Chinese to help you check in. I have worked in China for for more than 15 years and speak a smattering of Chinese. On the first night, our two-bedroom suite became two rooms due to a plumbing issue. We were effectively made whole, but it made for a 15 minute check-in with a lot of google translating. On the second check-in, we were in a suite but then had to work getting direction to it's location in another building via an unmarked elevator outside across the alley. There was no natural light in the first room, just a fake plant/atrium thing outside a window. Kinda weird but probably made for a quieter room. - there is no english television - internet is no worse than anywhere else. - breakfast is mostly chinese but should be ok for most - building is odd the first time you approach it. (elevator entrance off of an alley)
