You will have to walk down one flight of outdoor stairs to access the private suite.
The deck space directly in front of the suite is yours to use. There is a small portion of the deck that is not in front of the suite and is separated by a divider and planters.

Within the legal suite there is a locked steel door separating the suite from the owners private area.
