"Beautiful location with a relaxing atmosphere and great service staff. We stayed for 8 nights and used the free shuttle service to Ubud centre and other facilities such as the Spa, pool, gym and restaurant. On a couple of nights the restaurant had a Balinese dance performance. Food is great. There is Wi-Fi throughout the resort, good enough for streaming."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 night after finishing a cruise. We stayed in one of their Villas. This is one of the finest hotels we have stayed in.The staff was very helpful in providing advice for sightseeing, touring. Absolutely excellent. We used them for 3 tours to various sites. The 2 guides were knowledgeable and most helpful. Special mention to Suli who not only picked us up from the ship, but also provided 2 of the tours and valuable insight into the unique culture of Bali and in particular Ubud. We had our anniversary during our stay and Suli helped in outfitting our room as a surprise. We can highly recommend this hotel. Claus Lenk"
