i have been visiting the hotel since 2018 almost every year for business trip. The facility is getting old and not as clean as before. The staff service is not as friendly as before as well. Their front desk staff did not talk much and didn’t even let me know the place to have breakfast when I check in. There is no room services and no drinks in the fridge. There is no TV channel list in the room as well. I cannot find any movie channel. So it forced me to go outside for food although I was rushing on my works. The worse thing is they don’t have lifeguard in their swimming pool. The wife said she almost got drown but nobody was there and luckily she float back to pool side. Will definitely consider another hotel next time…..
