When we arrived we found out the hotel was the base for the UFC Championship and it was full of UFC meatheads. The hotel rooms were tired. The foyer was sparsely furnished. A water leak developed in the room and we had to move at midnight and there was no real apology. It felt as if every request we made was too hard. Just generally poor service.

Fantastic views from the room, great location and tasty food. The lobby looks dated though, food is very expensive and the reception staff is not the most helpful or welcoming.

Overall experience was great, but could be better. Didn’t do room service when requested, and missed out on breakfast order. Other than that, everything else was great.
