Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. But there is extensive rebranding and renovation work being done that we were not advised of until just before our stay. Our booking was non refundable and no consideration was made for the fact that we didn’t have the pool, gym, lobby or restaurant available due to the work in progress. Additionally the emergency stair doors were blocked open during the day work time allowing loud noise and very hot air in.

Wonderful property and staff. My sister had an twisted her ankle in Singapore. While the hotel was under renovation, despite lack of a kitchen facility, the hotel got ice for my sister and asked about her well being every day during our stay. My timing was unfortunate, as the mall across the hotel was also under renovation. However, the hotel is right at Robertson Quay, so there are some good (albeit pricey) dining options around. I would return and recommend the hotel.

I was told about the construction at the hotel after booking a non refundable room. The noise and lack of amenities was terrible and the management should be ashamed to charge these prices in this situation.
