Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. "We had a lovely stay in Norwich . The hotel was very welcoming and they had a great choice of food . Was impressed with the quality of food and friendliness of hotel staff .Amazing cooked breakfast 🍳 with a great range of different foods including continental breakfast range Lovely selection of Alpro yoghurts and cheeses.Only issue was there was no access to the jacuzzi having expected to be able to use all the leisure facilities . Where they gave a downstairs bedroom to change in with an underpowered shower also in the room too. "
