We loved this hotel. All staff were superb. Matteo and Cinzia were so helpful. Loved the Sky Bar and pool- great place to relax and recharge after a busy day. So convenient to the shopping and restaurants. Would visit again!

We had planned to stay at another hotel but changed to the Plaza Hotel and we were very happy we did. Our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend the Plaza Hotel in Sorrento.

We had a good stay. The hotel is very close to all attractions and train station. The only drawback is that the room we had is very small, the bed is comfortable but almost no room to move around. Bathroom is also small. Breakfast is very nice. We also stayed at a hotel (Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais)next door and felt it’s much better.

Great property in a great location!

Great option, very comfortable, very spacious, but most importantly, in a great location! Walkable to most restaurants, the Marina Grande, and all of the shopping.

What a fantastic hotel in a even better location! Beautiful pool and rooftop bar, very clean throughout, plentiful fresh towels! Very comfortable bed, location is right in the square with unlimited shops, bars, restaurants. And a beautiful breakfast every morning with lots of choices.

We absolutely loved this hotel in Sorrento. The location is excellent - steps to Piazza Tasso. The room felt very Amalfi/Sorrento feel with accents of yellow tile for that lemon vibe. The skybar served an excellent lemon shrimp risotto, and their basil smash drinks were so refreshing on those hot summer days. We loved the infinity style pool - it’s not massive, but perfect to cool off, admire the view, and give you the ultimate feeling of relaxation. The staff was super professional and hospitable - from the front desk to the cleaning crew, to maintenance, and pool/skybar staff, everyone was very polite and pleased to provide their assistance. Cinzia at the front desk was lovely and super thoughtful in the way she supported her team members and walked us through different tour options. She made us feel like she was genuinely interested in hearing about our day when we would turn in for the night or see her the next morning. One small consideration that may be a negative for guests with a vehicle, the hotel doesn’t have parking on site. They instead offer a valet parking service for €25 per night. Should you need to access your vehicle, you will need to provide 30 mins notice or, if you’re not in a time crunch, will need to wait about 30 mins before they bring you your car. This was only applicable for our check-out day but since we were not in a rush to leave we were happy to wait and enjoy a coffee from the downstairs bar. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

The Plaza in Sorrento was a leap of faith as we have never stayed in Sorrento before, so we weren’t sure where to book. This was hands down the best hotel, staff and facilities we have encountered. What a pleasure from check-in to departure. They made a birthday cake on special request from my husband, which was delicious and beautiful. They accommodated a slightly later check-out for one of our rooms. We booked 2 twin bed rooms as we needed bigger than a double bed. Rooms were together, quiet, such comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great with excellent water pressure and perfect temp adjustment. Everything worked great in our rooms (a/c), lights, etc. There was a cute small balcony. No view but we were there for 2 days and wanted quiet more than anything, so we did not care about our view. The breakfast offered was delicious. Keep in mind that food is cooked differently than in the U.S. Eggs, while cooked, have more moisture than Americans like and bacon is not cooked as well as most of us like. But they had a healthy juicing station with fruits and veggies, donuts, cereals, whole fruit, pastries, yogurt, muffins, pancakes, , hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, bread, coffees, juices. It was a huge spread and all tasty. The rooftop bar and pool are exquisite. Excellent views and fabulous service. Prices were quite reasonable as well. Be sure to go up at dusk and night to see the only town lights. We even were treated to fireworks! We will always stay at the Plaza!

This hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Sorrento. We easily walked with our bags from the train station. The staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the roof top bar & pool.
