Fantastic location
Amazingly perfect location. But the outside of the house is definitely more run down then the photos. Also, if you plan to cook bring your own cookware. Their things are so gross and rusted. The house also wasn’t fully done being cleaned/stocked at check in. Someone came by after we got there needing to check the areas and see what we were missing. Then came back later to drop the things off.

Not what expected
The rooms /beds are very small if 2 adults want to sleep there. Not as described . Tried to reach out the property management due to a clogged sink since day one and never got a hold of him. Kitchen was dirty and appliances are very old. Overall we had fun and it was ok , just not what we expected . Thank you

Terrible experience- Would NOT recommend
We were just extremely dissatisfied with our stay and ended up leaving to find a more suitable place to stay the next day. The property felt very dirty and unkept. We found several roaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms and the bathrooms definitely needed some attention. There was mildew and dark stains in the downstairs shower we were supposed to use and the bathroom upstairs was very dated and felt dingy and dirty as well. The “remodel” in the bathrooms were done extremely poorly and had shelving and things that were barely hanging on and poorly installed. The flooring also felt dirty throughout the property and there were black/dirty marks and stains on the doors and doorways throughout most of the downstairs. The bedrooms were all extremely small. The description states the downstairs beds are queen size, but they definitely felt much smaller and I’m pretty sure they were full size beds. We were traveling with two families in total with small children and infants and the size of the bedrooms made it impossible to accommodate our group. The cleanliness, or lack there of, was also an issue considering the children and babies in our group. The game room looks a lot more appealing in the photos… it’s a converted garage that just didn’t impress us much at all once we saw it in person. Overall, I would not recommend this property to families or anyone who likes a clean, comfortable place to stay. We are originally from the area and travel back often, and I’d have to say this is one of the worst properties we have ever rented. There are definitely many more far better options on the island. Management was also unwilling to move us to a different property and we only ended up recovering a fraction of what we paid to rent the property despite spending less than 12 hours in the unit. We arrives late Thursday night, and departed first thing Friday morning because we were so disappointed and grossed out by the condition of the unit. Several days later, when I finally spoke to the property manager he stated they “could have had housekeeping come out to clean” the property! Clearly this should have been done prior to our arrival and not after we had already checked in. The thought of having people cleaning the unit while we were already checked in and utilizing the property just didn’t sit well or make much sense to me at all. Overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend!

Excellent
The property was very clean, easy access to the beach. The game room was a success for both the children and the adults. Has a shower outside as well as a water hose to rinse off from the beach. Very roomy, there were 7 adults and 3 kiddos for our family. Would definitely stay again.
