The place was as expected for what we paid for a last minute, middle of the week trip. Overall the place was fine. The guy that came by to fix a few things was Very nice and super friendly, especially since he had been extremely busy all day and had our stop added on at the end of the day, at 7:30pm!
Pros: Close walk to the beach, grocery store and several other places. Nice enough for what we paid.
Tips for this home, depending on how many are staying, would be, bring extra trash bags, your own watere, (or be prepared to buy drinking water), extra plastic cups if you have kids that need them over glass, and extra blankets.
My complaint is with Vacasa and their management company, or lack there of.
Vacasa will be fine for you if you don’t like talking to an actual human being, if you don’t care whether or not they respond to your emails/texts and if you don’t need any help, or things fixed during your stay.
This house needs lots of repairs. The upstairs sliding glass door lock is completely broken and several other locks were stuck and needing repair. Water pressure was very low and not sure if they cleaned the floor or not, our feet were still black after just an hour of arrival. I had to put in two calls before someone came to the house. They were supposed to come back, but they never did. Water pressure was very low and the water was either slightly filtered sea water, or had a bad sulfur taste/smell. Lots of lightbulbs out. Dishwasher door was broken. I left a list of things that need to be fixed, like batteries needed for several things, lots of broken items needing replacement and don’t touch any window treatments unless you want to be rehanging them.
