Comfy-&-Cozy
It was a very nice stay!!! My family will definitely stay at this location again. Had a nice little peakaboo view of the water. We also could see the fireworks from the balcony. It was quiet and the pool was always nice and clean. It was a a very short little walk to the beach. They did have beach items to use. Included in that was an umbrella. That was a nice find. The stay was really almost perfect. There were just a few cons... We couldn't adjust the thermostat so the temperature was a little warmer than I liked, but not a deal breaker. The back door did not close unless it was locked, so we rigged it to hold shut with a towel while outside. Also, I wish they had left additional paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. A family of 4 needs at least 2 tp rolls per bathroom, 3 trash bags for the kitchen and 2 paper towels for a weeks stay. The front door handle was loose and super rusted. But there was a double lock so we felt safe. Again none of the above would be a deal breaker. We loved it!

Cleanliness was an issue
The master bedroom shower had hair on the shower walls as wells as the shower drain. The sink also had hair in it. The couch in the living room had a lot if old stains as well. These things made me question how much cleaning was actually done in between guests. This could be greatly improved in my opinion.

Almost perfect
The listing details for the property were spot on and the location and distance to the beach was fantastic. The only issues we had were: 1) water was shut down for 5 hours due to construction issue. Not the property fault but still a bit of a hassle 2) the kitchen was beautiful but there needs to be a step stool provided for short visitors. Anyone under 5’3 will have a hard time reaching some of the cabinet contents. 3) the lockbox was corroded so opening it was a bit cumbersome, and were unable to relook the keys back in it at the end of the stay. Notified vacasa who also seemed confused as to what to do 4) the listing and confirmation did not expressly state that there was assigned parking per condo. We arrived at night and the parking spots are not distinctly marked. The next morning a long term resident advised us that we need to move or risk being towed. Other then those issues, it was a great stay. Laundry in condo was great and helpful when drying swimsuits and towels. Pool was also a great addition to help during peak beach hours to avoid the crowds but still get sun.
