Well Equipped Home - Better than Advertised
This condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped for cooking at "home". The ground floor was location was easily accessible and a quick walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed Christmas there with plenty of room for visitors and playing games.

Disappointing communication
On our 3rd of 7 nights, someone within the building started smoking pot every day. These are non-smoking buildings and one of the 4 people in my rental is very sensitive to the smell of marijuana. We called the property management company and they offered to “maybe bring us some air fresheners.” Anyone reading this knows that an air freshener isn’t going to do anything. They refused to help us further and we had to deal with the unfortunate stench the remainder of the trip. The location is great and everything worked. There were no bugs, which is not as easy as one might think in South Texas. That’s all the good I can say. It stank. It wasn’t dirty, but it certainly wasn’t clean, and the property manager wouldn’t help. We will not stay at nor recommend this location or property manager again.
