Construction in the penthouse.
Due to the construction in the penthouse it created breathing issues with 3 of us. 2 of us have asthma. One of us had to go to ER due to a severe asthma attack. The staff at the hospital said she if they hadn’t come in earlier she would been hospitalized. When the air conditioner kicked in people in the condo started coughing and sneezing. The air filters need to be replaced. We had to leave a day earlier than planned. One of the guest only enjoyed 3 days in the condo before she became very ill. Will not return.

Great place to stay in Spi
We loved this condo. It has all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. The ocean/beach views are fantastic. The place has been renovated recently. The bedrooms are ok but a bit small, and the place does not have a dishwasher. Other than that I’d highly recommend this place. The hostess is fantastic and the people at the reception desk are very helpful. The Aquarius condominium Is well maintained.

Newly remodeled condo with an amazing view!
We wife and I loved the condo and we had a great time staying here for our wedding anniversary in Jan 2023. The condo building is great and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that were well maintained and are kept at a perfect temperature. The condo unit itself was wonderful as well. It has been completely remodeled and even had new furniture in it. My wife's favorite part was the view from the balcony! The oceanfront view was great and being on the ninth floor gave us a good view up and down the beach. We enjoyed the tile shower in the bathroom as well. You will not regret staying here!
