Pictures are accurate. Beautiful, classic, and sparkling clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Very short walk to St. George's Street and all the shops and restaurants. Best of all it is pet-friendly. Parking was easy behind the house. This will be our preferred lodging in St. Augustine from now on!

Great location in St. Augustine

We stayed for 2 days and had a great visit. The location was within easy walking distance of the city’s attractions. It was perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms were large and the common areas were large and comfortable. We did not expect the need for identity verification and were not able to make it work. The property manager quickly provided an alternative.

Great location

This was a girls trip but we were close enough to the main area to walk everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. The only problem was we couldn’t enjoy the porch because of the mosquitoes.

For our 50th wedding anniversary we Stayed for a week at 16A and it was truly delightful. The house was clean and nicely furnished. And it was close to St. George’s Street. We plan to return next year. We highly recommend Harry’s seafood for a great meal. Are there twice. We also recommend Monica‘s doggy drop and go for pet care. She took great care of our miniature schnauzer so we could visit tourist attractions that did not allow pets

Excellent downtown location

Comfortable, spacious home with a nicely remodeled kitchen and main bathroom. Easy to walk anywhere in the historic district and quick drive to a grocery and beaches if desired. We liked the back deck, which felt private with a lot of trees and greenery around.

We really enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to all of the sites but far enough away to be quiet and easy to access by car. The off-street parking was an appreciated bonus. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and more importantly, the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Perfect Stay in St. Augustine

We had the most amazing stay at 16 Saragossa through itrip. There are not enough great things I could say. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The house was the most clean rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need. Some rentals don’t have a lot of dishes, but this place did. Most public parking is $20+ a day so the private included parking for two vehicles was great! The location was right in historical downtown and everything was walking distance. We didn’t have to move the cars once. The only thing I could say was the beds were a little hard for my liking but someone may love that. Overall we fully enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the only this is that the check in is until 4 pm and the check out is at 10 am.leaving us not too much time to enjoy our trip to St. Augustine.
