"Hotel is nice but no fridge in the rooms isn't ideal. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the hallway outside our room, carpet in halls were heavily stained. Towels provided in room has brown stains - they were "clean" but appeared dirty. The bed was very comfortable - the room itself was nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating we met three different staff and this was the same result for all employees. It appears the housekeeping is what is not best kept in this location."
