The room was perfect! The staff went above & beyond our expectations! Francesco from concierge was always there to help with everything & even helped us navigate Firenze so well to the best of his abilities!! I will definitely come back someday with my own family to Firenze & especially to Starhotels Michelangelo for their excellent services!! I enjoyed my stay because of Francesco & the staff! This hotel was amazing! We don't know where to start when it comes to say how much we loved this hotel! Right seconds away from the Duomo, it was breathtaking! The rooms were very clean and the clean service was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and recommended the best places to visit and eat! Every single one of the front desk receptionist we met just made our experience at this place even more welcoming and enjoyable! thank you again Frame!! and we look forward to seeing you again!
