Waardeloze service, mooi huis
Prima huis, maar waardeloze service voor de hoge prijs die je moet betalen. Je krijgt per SMS een toegangscode voor de deur, maar als je uit het buitenland komt, voegen ze geen landcode toe een werkt het niet. Je krijgt ook een mailtje met de code, maar dan moet je dus wel mobiele data hebben. Als je belt, krijg je een voicemail en wordt je gewoon niet terug gebeld. Er is ook geen wifi, al beweert hotels.com van wel.
