The space:

• Upon entering the home, you are immediately struck by the vaulted ceilings, the modern furnishings, and the large 13’ floor-to-ceiling windows ushering in floods of natural light, filling the space with a warm ambiance. The large, sunken living room is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family, inviting you to sink into the cushy couches for a relaxing movie night. As a bonus, elevate your comfort and ignite the wood burning pellet stove fireplace to induce an aura of calm and cozy vibes. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the spacious outdoor deck complete with warm string lights, loveseat, chairs, picnic table, grill, gas fire pit, and modern quiet bug zapper - perfect for grilling up an outdoor dinner, chatting over a bottle of wine and enjoying an evening relaxing under the stars (and spotting deer in our yard!).

• Watch a countless selection of TV shows and movies on our Smart HDTVs with built in Roku in the living room and both bedrooms - enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Hulu, Apple TV and many more (your login required).

• Set up the dining table with classic games such as Jenga, Uno, Othello, Monopoly, puzzles and a deck of cards, or go outside for some frisbee or cornhole on the lawn. Or practice yoga in the sun with our complementary yoga mat, blocks, and 2 lb weights.

Kitchen:

We offer a fully equipped, modernized kitchen outfitted with spacious cabinetry, gleaming stainless steel appliances, a butcher block counter top (sourced from our favorite bodega where we met in Brooklyn!) and a comprehensive variety of cooking tools, utensils, and accoutrements. This bright and inspiring space will make your culinary endeavors an absolute breeze.

Bedrooms:

After a long day of hiking, activities or exploring the Poconos, give your mind and body the rest it deserves by stretching out in one of our 2 bedrooms for some quality shut eye. Enjoy the plush embrace of our ultra-comfy memory foam mattresses, cozy linens, extra blankets, and soft or firm pillows. A total of 6 guests can fall asleep comfortably here:


• Bedroom 1: A Queen bed memory foam mattress along with dual nightstands, dresser, a Smart HDTV, built in closet, and private entrance to the deck.

• Bedroom 2: 1 Bunk Bed with a Full XL on the bottom and a Twin on top, along with a chest of drawers, a nightstand with a drawer, small closet and a Smart HDTV

• A living room sofa that converts to a queen size mattress with extra mattress pad, sleeping an additional 2 guests.

• 1 full bathroom with a skylight, gorgeous brand new sliding glass door shower with dynamic ceramic tile, rainforest shower head and natural pebble floor, and an anti-fog mirror with 3 different light settings. Of course shower towels, hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, Q-Tips, tissues, cotton pads, hair ties and a hair dryer are happily included for your convenience and comfort.

*SUMMER BOOKINGS*

- Amenity Day Passes can be purchased using credit/debit cards, while at the pool or Welcome Center. Each day pass is $12.00/day for guests 3 years of age and older. Toddlers/babies 2 years of age and younger are free. These passes allow you to gain access to the community's pools, beach, lakes, and use the kayaks/pedal boats (subject to availability). *Note - amenities above may be closed without notice due to weather, not enough staff, or other conditions that are completely out of our control. We will not issue refunds due to closure of amenities during your stay.

The pools will be open 7 days a week 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., weather permitting from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The E-Beach will be open for swimming and paddle boats/kayaks 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 7 days a week weather permitting.

Miniature Golf will be open 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 7 days a week, weather permitting.

The Lakeside Cafe will be open 7 days a week with the following hours:

Monday - Thursday:
11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a full menu.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday:
9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for breakfast sandwiches and waffles.
11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Full Menu.

-Using your own boat on Lake Carobeth is available all year long, weather and conditions dependent.

-Amenity closures are strictly at the discretion of the HOA and community and totally out of our hands, sorry for any inconvenience!

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

• Experience the beauty of Lake Carobeth from a whole new perspective as you wander through its serene waters on our kayaks and paddle boats.

• Work on your backhand on one of our 6 tennis courts and prepare to shoot some hoops at one of our two basketball courts, open dawn to dusk.

• From May to August, head to the resort-style swimming pool in section E for a refreshing swim – complete with sun loungers for your convenience. Also enjoy the E Beach and Pavilion. The H pool in our section is less than a 5 minute drive and is newly renovated.

• Practice your swing and admire the breathtaking natural surroundings at Pocono Farms Country Club Association – an 18 hole PGA level golf course (~12 minutes away driving).

• Grab your hiking boots and embark on a journey through the popular Tobyhanna State Park Loop Trail (~15-minutes away driving).

It's all yours! You have private access to the full cabin, both decks, backyard, hot tub, and even the Tobyhanna State Park woods behind our house (be careful!)

The crawl space is off limits as is the storage shed that will be locked.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There are 4 active Blink cameras (the black ones) that monitor the front door, driveway, front of shed, and back woods. We also have 4 Simpli Safe cameras (the white ones) focused on the driveway, deck and hot tub - but these cameras are only there to be a deterrent and are absolutely NOT active!
