連絡をするといつも早く対応してくれる。ホテルだと思うと物足りなく感じるかもしれないが、便利なマンスリーマンションとして利用させてもらっている。ペットに対する追加料金が掛からないのが最大の魅力。

部屋へ入ってすぐ気がついたのが、床にゴミがたくさんあることと。 わたゴミや人の髪の毛など、たくさん。 洗面台の上にも無数のホコリ。 洗濯機の上は粉末洗剤まみれ。 そしてベッドシーツがしわしわ！！！ さらにたくさんの赤茶色の粉と髪の毛がたくさんついていて、吐き気がした。 清掃費の4000円を徴収しにきた中国人オーナーに、夫がその話をし、かわりのシーツがないかを聴くと、「ない」と言われた。 私が話をかわり、再度事情を説明するとなぜか 「こちらのせいじゃありませんね」（原文のまま） 思わず呆気にとられてしまったけれど、このオーナーは日本人ではないため、真意かどうかは不明。 もしかしたら日本語表現を間違えたのかもしれないけれど、びっくりした。 それでも不潔なことに間違えないので、替えのシーツがないか再度聞くと、今度は「ある」という。 すぐ取ってきますといい、持ってきたのはぐっちゃぐちゃのしわしわにぐるぐる巻きにされたボックスシーツ。 もうここで話し合いをする気力を失いました。 諦めました。 仕方がないのでそのボックスシーツを自分で洗濯してから使いました。 清掃費を宿泊費と別途で4000円取っておいてこの不手際、ひどいとしか言いようがない。 ぼったくり。 ボックスシーツの洗濯もやっとおわり一息ついたときに、夫が中国人オーナーから渡された領収書を確認したところ、金額しか記入されておらず、発行元も但し書きも全くの空欄。 領収書になってません。 お粗末そのものです。

周辺には風俗店が多い
ホテルと名前はついているが、マンションの１室なので民泊です。周辺は風俗店が多いので家族での利用には向いていないと感じました。 コンビニも少し遠いです。駐車場は周辺のコインパーキング利用でした。（16：00-翌9：30まで駐車して2500円ほど） 価格からすると、見合っていないと思います。次回利用したいとは思いません
