We stayed for several nights here as a family. it is on a side street from busy streets, a few train stations around, but quiet place to stay. we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, washer/dryer works, if clothes not completely dry, just run another round a dry. there is hanging rod in bathing room also. ac and fan work in the room. front desk staff friendly, requested another set of pillows since ones in the room are too flat. very close to convenience store, and grocery store. no view, not much area at lobby to hang out. light switches at the main bed and charging usb which is very convenient. room service does not happen every day, but since we stayed long enough, we had one room service done. one thing to note is do not leave any personal items in the bed or on the headboard ledge. one item fell on floor and was left there, one item disappeared (disappointed a bit but not enough to complain), one charging wire got stuck in between bed mattress and something. but it functioned for what we need. one staff is excellent in english and chinese!

The property was serviceable but was noticeably less nice than the two other MIMARU properties (similar chain with apartment hotels in Japan) that we stayed at during our stay. A thorough cleaning would have helped (there was accumulated grime on the edges of the carpet and the shower vent was caked with buildup. The pillows they give are basically nonexistent though they did give us extras when we asked. And, I suspect the property used to allow smoking as an asthmatic I could smell remnants of smoke in the room. Overall, serviceable but would not choose again without a few fixes.

Apartment style hotels that offers big rooms with a kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Convenient for larger families that also want to cook in room. Room conditions were not as clean as we expected. We had a stained pillow case, towel with hair, damp/musky smelling room, and corners that were not vacuumed. The staff was able to swap our room and provided us with a clean pillowcase when we raised the issues with them, but not sure if we will consider this location in future.
