Checkout distance from Garden Tower, no help to leave bag , had to drag bags to checkout and back. No info before checking in that Garden Tower check in was closed

We had stayed here since it was close to the prince classic house (here for a wedding). The room cleaning was impeccable! It was also massive for a room in Tokyo, maybe too massive for two people. If you stay here and want to go to shinjuku, akasaka mitsuke is the closer station (not yotsuya imo). The Garden tower is a bit dated but the cleanliness and amenities more than made up for it. Garden was beautiful too. There is a direct shuttle to Narita but it’s only 2 availabilities so make sure you check if those times work for you. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The Hotel New Otani Garden Tower did not disappoint! Very luxurious for the nightly stay rate, and properly spacious where Japanese hotel rooms can often run small. The view was breathtaking from the upper level hotel room, and the buffet breakfast view overlooking the waterfall and koi pond and garden was gorgeous!

well located for easy access to the metro for travel around Tokyo. Very clean, modern hotel with fabulous staff who were always helpfull to solve problems.

Decent enough hotel but them closing the Garden Tower desk meant an almost 20-minute round trip to the main tower to check out as they don’t offer express service or even allow you to leave the key in your room.

Beautiful hotel w/ beautiful garden . Room has good size for Tokyo but dated . Mattress is kind a thin not giving enough back support. Staff service is superb.
