Do not book this hotel!
Do not book this so called “hotel”, it’s actually an apartment where you can also book it through Airbnb. The owner of this property is ridiculous! He sent me a private message through Wechat and convinced me to switch to another accommodation which is not the same place as what I booked. I rejected it right away and the owner kept disturbing me by phone call and Wechat messages and claimed that my room was overbooked. Then I called hotels.com to intervened this issue and helped me to secure my booking. The owner was very cunning as he requested me to contact him directly and refused to disclose anything to the customer service representative. Anyway, we checked in successfully and we were told that there’s a cleaning charge of 5000 yen per stay. We are fine with this charge, but we expect them to do cleaning and at least throw the garbage and refill the toilet paper everyday. However, None of these were carried out and I doubt if they have ever washed the bedsheet! The room was very dusty and I kept sneezing everyday! Also, the owner rejected to provide an extra blanket as he claimed that the blanket is good enough for 2 people! If we need an extra blanket, we need to pay extra few hundred yen! After arguing with him, he said he can only offer the blanket free of charge unless we post a good review of this hotel!!! This is very ridiculous and I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!! This hotel will definitely ruin your trip!!!

バスタオルやハンドタオルが人数分用意されていなかったこと、カップ類が汚れていたことが残念でした。直前までホテルと直接メッセージのやり取りをさせて頂いていましたが、迅速かつ丁寧にご対応頂き安心感がありました。

チェックイン20:00までで、「越える場合は電話をしてください」とあり、お昼頃電話をしたのですが、電話を対応した方が到着時刻は知らせなくていいと言われたので、「20時は超えます」だけ言ったのですが、夜21時頃電話があり、違うスタッフの声で「何時になりますか?」と聞かれました。 特に怒られる訳でもなく、いい対応でしたが、チェックイン時間についてはスタッフ同士で話し合っておくべきだと思いました。 あとはWi-Fiもあり、コンセントもたくさんあった為とても快適にすごせました。
