Fall Stay at River Dreaming

We loved the area as it was quiet and scenic. There was a horse pasture behind the house which was great. The porch and bed swings were relaxing and comfortable. We tried grilling one night but rodents had apparently been nesting in the grill so there were some unexpected flames. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Great getaway

We stayed here to enjoy the bigfoot festival and it was perfect and exactly what we needed. Only thing negative is the beds were very firm. Other than that it was great!

Beautiful weekend getaway!

We stayed at River Dreaming for a weekend and it was magical! Photos in the listing don’t do justice to the beautiful setting. The cabin had everything that we needed, and management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We loved the screened in porch beds and our walks down to the river front! It is just beyond a gorgeous campground, far enough away from any noise, but close to anything we might have needed, and so close to the park entrance! We hope to return soon!

Christmas in Townsend

We did not spend much time during the day Its quiet. We were there during Christmas and it was COLD! But we had a fire each evening that helped warm the cabin, they had plenty of firewood 😄 We had one issue that required us calling to have it addressed (on Christmas Eve), it was all fixed when we returned to cabin. Its a quaint, lovely cabin in a great spot!

Quaint Quiet and Beautiful

It was a perfect little cabin for my Dad and me. We were able to access the park easily for fishing and the surrounding area of the cabin was just beautiful.

Great spot to enjoy the Smoky Mountains

Had a great stay right outside the entrance to the park. Kids really enjoyed playing in the creek too! There is an electric fence on the adjacent property immediately behind the cabin. It is for the horses, so just keep an eye on any little ones playing back there.
