Scam! Stay away!

No communication. Started asked 24 hours in advance for check in information. None came. Got to apartments and taxi driver did not want to wait on us due to unsafe neighborhood. After waiting 45 minutes and speaking to 2 different representatives, they could not find our reservation. We were never let in and only given check in information over 1.5 hours later. We left as we had our 75 year old mother with us. No refund after requesting.It seems this VEBO is set up as a scam. STAY AWAY!
