Very friendly staff and location was within walking distance to the train station but very quiet. Hotel was very lovely with nice breakfast buffet that included lots of variety. The area around the back of the hotel is great for picnics and peaceful walks. We really enjoyed staying here. We had the deluxe room so it was very spacious. Would love to stay here when we come back to Venice!
Unfortunately we were not able to stop at the carnival Palace Hotel as they had to close it for so emergency work. However, they placed us in their sister hotel the Palazzo Veneziano it was amazing the hotel staff were so lovely and helpful and we were there as Venice was suffering the effects of the corona virus. We had to have breakfast in our bedroom on the last day but we understand all of this. The breakfast normally is lovely although the hot part could of been hotter but on the whole a great selection and lots of choice of beautiful fresh ingredient. We had an amazing room and will definitely return one day when the times are better for Italy . The local vaperatto was great for getting about and at 30 euros for 48 hours was fab and great value just loved venice and the hotel
Propoerty is relatively new with modern facilities. Breakfast was generous. Location in short walking distance to many attractions but located quietly by the sea.
Great hotel, excellent location, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
If your getting there by train then this is a perfect location. Very closed by, a 15 minutes walk to train station. So it is nice and quite when u sleep, away from all the action. Beautiful hotel, awesome breakfast. The one thing is that I booked a double bed. It is my husband, I and my 5 year old child. The lady at the front desk made it sound as she was doing us a favor, but really that room was only for two people and my child needed to get his own room???!!! or I should have booked a triple bed. I found it odd on her comment.
