Lamentable, catastrophique

Un concierge en dessous de tout, un appartement dégoutant, des draps sales, aucune communication d'Abritel, pas d'équipement dans le logement, une saleté repoussante qui ne choquait pas le concierge, brefs des vacances gâchées grâce à Abritel. Lamentable, scandaleux, une honte ! Et aucune communication de la part d'Abritel.

Personne pour nous accueillir obligé d'escalader le portail pour récupérer les clefs. pas de draps. 1 nuit à même le matelas avant de recevoir des draps, sales et puants !! Ne projetez pas de dormir sur le canapé ou maux de dos garantis. Enchaînement de mauvaises surprises. Domage, le logement est ok et la localisation aussi. Le service était mauvais."
