"Hotel was in an excellent location near the lake. Staff were very nice and helpful. We were upgraded for free and our bed was very comfy. Room had a big tv and excellent wifi. The room was very quiet at night. We were just in Hanoi for a night before journeying on to Halong Bay and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for. They stored our luggage for us after check out as we were waiting for an evening bus. Highly recommend!"

Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff with a drink and they easily set up a couple of tours for us based on our preferences. Our room was great facing the street with a balcony. Breakfast offered a lot of delicious choices. Rooftop bar and hotel restaurant were top notch. But above all, the service was excellent from start to finish. Jack, Frankie and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. If you come to Hanoi, this is the place to stay at, you won’t be disappointed. "
