There was dog hair on the sheets of all the beds that were made, we had to wash sheets and towels before we could go to sleep. Popcorn and cereal on the floor in the living room, bugs on the floor in all the bedrooms, there were dirty towels in the washing machine, bed sheets in the closet were dirty, the coffee pot did not have a lid on it so we couldn't make a pot of coffee. The bath was very slow to drain. When we contacted the owner and sent pictures about the concerns, she made excuses that her cleaning lady had surgery the day before and she had the tub redone before we got there. The bugs, food, and dirty sheets were not addressed. She told me "I will take care of you for the extra trouble" I was given NO refund or partial refund and she has not contacted me again.
