Nicely decorated open floor plan gave us a great place to gather. The features were well thought out for a variety of potential guests (they even had built in potty seats in the bathrooms for young families). The pool table, which was not a priority for us, turned out to be a favorite activity every evening. The nearby private beach was also great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and I appreciate the uncluttered decor and some empty cabinets where we could store our snacks, etc. The main living room/open kitchen area and deck were great for our family to hang out together in. The private beach was also great and the calm water worked well for my 2 year old granddaughter. Also impressive were shelving available in the rooms and bathrooms to unpack without being cluttered for the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our rental. It was quite spacious and very beautiful. Definitely an awesome location and private beach is great. The kitchen was very well stocked for all cooking needs which was a plus. The only thing I didn’t love was walking into the rental for the first time and the floors were definitely not cleaned thoroughly. We also had to purchase garbage bags bc they only had 2 available. Overall, we would stay here again 100%.

Cape Cod vaca

Clean, convenient location, and very responsive management. The beach pass was a plus. There was a storage area with beach toys, and everything needed which was nice. Smart TV a little slow with the internet for searching what to watch but personal devices and streaming were fine. Game room was a nice spread out area for the kids to play and avoid congestion in the common area. Had a lot of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. stocked kitchen with supplies. Could have more spices but had the basics. Two things I would recommend: add some multi purpose cleaner with a stash of paper towel to allow for cleaning the bathrooms during the stay and also, a small fire pit to enjoy outside. Beautifully kept grass the kids loved to play on. Couches were more aesthetic than functional, not the most comfortable but did the job. You can tell the house was kept up with well as nothing is broken or wearing out. I do have to rave about the property management. They had a quick response along with solutions to our asks. We were given the wrong code to get in the house as well as the beach gate they were very timely in responses and answers.
