Checkin was a breeze. Room was immaculate, with modern touches. Fridge, stove top, and microwave in room was a nice perk. Close to grocery store if you want to eat in, or go for the awesome tacos across the street. Need a tune before hitting the slopes? Check out Underground tuning right in the lobby!

The customer service here is exceptional! There was a slight issue that came up and the staff were quick, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that the stay met my needs. I loved that it was pet friendly, the little welcome package for my dog was super thoughtful! As a Vancouver local, we will definitely be coming back here!
