サービスが素晴らしいホテル

キャンペーンか何かでチェックインを早める対応をしていただきました。そらにより余裕を持ってチェックアウトできたことも良かった。部屋がスタッフルーム横で騒音が少し気になり残念。他は良かったのでまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

こざっぱりとして概ね清潔です。フロントの接客も心地よい水準で、フロント横に宿泊者向けのレモン水やコーヒーが用意されていることも高ポイントです。や中心部からも至近dr便利です。ドライヤーもパナソニック製で快適でした。一方で以下の点はネガティブなポイントと感じました。 ・エアコン…暖房と冷房の切替ができない仕様であったため寝苦さを解消できず睡眠不足となった ・浴槽の水捌け…シャワーを浴びていると排水が追いつかずやや不快 ・アメニティ…綿棒くらいは設置しておいてもらえるとありがたかった ・電話案内…機械音声での案内だったがスピード・精度はまだまだで駐車場を調べるのがわかりにくく焦った ・コスパ…全体のレベル対比ではやや高いように

I arrived late at night, but the whole staff welcomed me sincerely, the room was simple and clean, breakfast was complimentary, so I don't have any complains. Someone plays music at the east side of the hotel, you can hear it when you open the window.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Best part is the hotel is only 5 mins from JR Yamagata station, very convenient. There is also a bus terminal at the train station with buses to various attractions like Zao onsen etc. Only down part is the pillow was very flat, hence not comfortable to sleep on.

山形駅からすぐ、歩いて2分です。ロビーでコーヒーや水（レモン入り）の無料サービスあり。また自転車を無料でレンタルでき助かりました。朝食ブッフェはスムージー（2種類）や手作りりんごゼリーがあったりと頑張ってる感があります。ベッドもダブルサイズでゆったり。フロントの応対も良くコスパが高いと思います。
