Our experience at BW Fino Shin Yokohama has been the best. This was our first Japan trip and they made everything easy. The staff is was super kind, accommodating and courteous. We gave the buffet a chance and it’s pretty good for the price. The best part is that they change the menu daily. This BW is perfectly located near Yokohama station, so it’s perfect if you want some good food to eat. We definitely enjoyed our stayed there and definitely will come back.

The hotel had elevator parking, which made it very convenient. The front desk gentleman also spoke excellent English, and was very friendly. The hotel has many dining options within a couple blocks and a Lawton’s and small supermarket/minimart within a block. Nice area, safe, well lit. Fine for women. The rooms are small, probably catering to the business crowd but it was clean and comfortable and such a good price! We only stayed one night so did not eat there. Would definitely recommend it.

We arrived in the evening around 8 p m and the staff was very accommodating. We arrived in a rent a car but couldn't park in there parking lot as we had a van but allowed us to park in the handicap spot, which was on thenfirst floor. Staff was very friendly an accommodating. Tons of restaurants in the area. For the price , you can't go wrong as we were able to book one night for $25. All we needed was a bed, roof, hot shower, and access to the train statiom and this spot was perfect! Last, We put the "don't disturb sign" on our door yet, they still left clean towels and new slippers at the front door for us. five star plus for sure!! Thank you again for accomodating us!!

First time in Japan. I really liked the quietness in the hotel and the area. Walking distance to yohakama train station. A very convenient location. Hotel was clean and customer service was excellent

A nice place to stay if you are visiting Yokohama and other parts of Japan besides Tokyo. Close to the Shinkansen station, ample of restaurants just right on the next corner. Very friendly hotel staffs.
