Second time staying here as a base for Enoshima / Shonan coast exploration. Location-wise excellent by Japanese standards, with impressive food options within walking distance. The Lawson is accessible without having to leave the building - a great benefit in winter. Interiors are a little dated. Room window faced the Odakyu line platform, and the soundproofing could use some improvement. The bathroom ventilation suction was extremely weak. There was a lingering odour in the corridor outside - possibly due to the poorly ventilated dining area and mould. Otherwise, staff were helpful, and pricing was reasonable.
