Great hospitality and clean. Quiet rooms even though the trains ran continuously outside of our rooms. We were happy our family enjoyed the easy access to the station and the mall making it a great location.

The hotel entry is connected with a big convenience store, very convenient to buy food or beer. Hotel location is next to the main metro station and the heart of yokohama, so it is well-connected by public transportation Even though my room is close to the railway, but it was not noise at night. It's a good choice for the money

Good value

Very close to Yokohama Station just few min walk. I booked deluxe twin room with a futon sofa and Japanese style bathroom. Quite spacious in a city area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. They provided not only green tea bags but also black tea bags and coffee and creamers. The only bad thing was it’s so close to the rail u may hear the trains, but not disturbing unless u open the windows. I still had good sleep.

Nuce convenient location close to train station. Staff very helpful. Room was clean with plenty of space. Amenities excellent. Family Mart connected to hotel makes it easy to buy necessities, snacks.
