The interior design was well themed and felt luxurious. The family running this hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. House keeping was offered everyday. Would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else visiting Sun Moon Lake!

We loved our stay here for many reasons: - Rooms felt new, and were clean and spacious - Great location, walkable to Ita Thao pier - The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were easily able to communicate through my wife's Chinese and google translate. They provided different, very good breakfasts on each of the two days we were there. There is no laundry in the hotel but there was a laundromat close by.

A friendly and clean family run hotel
It's conveniently located. It is a walking distance to the night market where lots of shops and food stands are. The hotel offers free guest parking. Rooms are clean and spacious. Our room has the lake view and a hot tub next to the window with the great view. The breakfast is good. The check-in and check-out are very easy. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the WiFi connection is not reliable.
