"Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Everyone from the reception desk to dining staff and maintenance…always service with a smile. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. At night you can hear the waves from the ocean which made for a relaxing night’s rest. On site parking was abundant and safe. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy all the beaches and attractions La Libertad has to offer. Great experience. "

We truly appreciated the cooking staff making our dinner even tho they had lost power and had to stay a little later once it came back on- we work in hospitality and we both felt that was just an amazing! "We like the location as it's very close to shopping malls and dining options. The showers are awesome, the bedding is confortable. The wait staff needs some "friendliness" training. The cooks were very professional and attentive, and yet the ones serving (waiters/waitresses) are usually commenting about customers with one another, distracted and/or avoiding eye contact. It made us feel uncomfortable. I had friends come over for breakfast and/or dinner a few times and the wait staff didn't welcome/treated them as they did with me. They were locals and I am a foreigner. I didn't think it is an appropriate behavior. Your front staff is very nice and accommodating. I can't say the same for the staff that was by the pool on Sunday March 31. I am a Human Resources professional and I know that this is important to you. "
