The stay was very good in every way: the food, the service from all the staff, the clean rooms—just two minor issues. They advertise that all their rooms have smart TVs, but room 330 did not. Another detail not mentioned on the website is that access to Soluna Beach is not free and requires a fee.

Amazing hotel and staff!! Only downfall was there is very limited shuttles so we couldn’t go to the beach resort more than once. But overall amazing experience here, I highly recommend.

The property is absolutely stunning — from the elegant design to the immaculate rooms and beautiful amenities, everything truly reflects luxury. The food, ambiance, and overall atmosphere made my stay feel special and memorable. After visiting Dubai before and staying at other hotels, If I had one suggestion, it would be for the staff to be just a bit more attentive. While everyone was polite and professional, there were a few moments where quicker or more proactive service would have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. It’s the little hi or hello when passing that makes it more warm and friendly. With that said, I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend and would happily return. With a bit more attentiveness from the team, this hotel would easily be a perfect 5-star experience.
