What you can expect

Learn the basics of freediving on a 1 or 2 days course. Discover the underwater world of the planet without having to carry around lots of equipment. Enjoy the advantage of being a silent observer beneath the waves and open yourself up to a next level of intimate interactions with marine life.

Start your true freediving journey with academic sessions to gain an introductory but more advanced knowledge of breath hold diving physiology, special breathing techniques, and in-water safety.

Receive in-water training in both confined water and open water to learn how to freedive with a certified buddy down to a depth of 5 metres.
