You'll visit 2 different ramen shops in Shinjuku. At a nearby coffee shop, you'll first learn about ramen basics and you will be quizzed on your ramen knowledge too. Then comes visiting the actual ramen shops. At the first shop you can enjoy 2 mini bowls of ramen (tasty, classic Tokyo shoyu ramen) while our guide tells you about the history of ramen and shoyu (soya sauce) ramen's importance.
