Its main goal is to support those who want to climb the mountain and to make their registration and control, in accordance with the regulation in force. It provides information about the geology, biology, history, climate and legal framework of the Pico Mountain Nature Reserve, both in information panels and in movie format, which can be viewed in the auditorium.

活動介紹

皮科山是葡萄牙最高的山峰，攀登起來非常困難，尤其是對於新手來說。在這個全天的郊遊中，與亞速爾山協會導遊的專業認證皮庫山導遊一起攀登這座山和沈睡的火山。徒步 5 英里（8 公里）即可到達海拔 7700 英尺（2350 公尺）的山頂，導遊會留意正確的路線以及您的安全和健康。
被評定為中等難度，因此需要良好的身體準備和運動協調性，並且最好具有陡坡步道的經驗。平均時間為 7 至 9 小時，清晨出發，午餐時間左右登頂，下午結束下山。
