Admission/Entry will not be admitted at attractions without picking up vouchers from VisitNorfolk's office at 232 E Main Street. Physical tickets can not be delivered. For pick up of physical tickets, office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 11 AM - 2 PM. The office is closed on bank holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
