"When I got there there was no one at the front desk. Waited for a few minutes before anyone came. Check in was slow. They waited until exactly 3 to check me in. Unlikely that I'll stay at a Radisson again (between this and the York Hotel) I wasn't impressed... Especially for the cost"

"Stayed there for 4 consecutive weeks, each week in a different room. I emailed them with a list of things that needed fixing and got no reply. Two of the rooms had the freezer iced up so much you couldn’t put anything in, showers that overflow because they are blocked and only worked by removing ..."
