Korean Folk Village encompasses more than 260 traditional houses and contains fascinating artefacts from the Joseon Dynasty, which ruled Korea for more than 500 years. Next, visit the Hwaseong Fortress, a monumental wall built in 1794 which circles the city of Suwon. Take out your camera and snap some shots of the massive historical structure. The building includes King Jeongjo's Haenggung Palace which houses a shelter where the king was said to have rested during war periods.
