What you can expect

  • Discover how Belgrade has transformed from a war-time capital to a modern hub for young entrepreneurs and hipsters on this guided walking tour. Learn how the city's student and ex-pat populations have made it into a melting pot of experiences and cultures.

In the company of a local guide, see how abandoned industrial districts have been converted into hip areas blooming with art galleries and alternative nightclubs. Visit the first outdoor shopping centre in communist Yugoslavia, which has since been turned into a design district, and stroll through an abandoned brewery that now hosts over 20 bars and clubs.

During your tour, you will see 2 of the city's oldest urban areas – Dorćol, usually called the Manhattan of Belgrade and Kosančić Circle, which is often compared to Montmartre in Paris.
