Start with pickup from Baku at 3:00 PM and begin your journey to the winery in the Shamakhi region, located west of the capital. Arrive at the winery at approximately 5:00 PM and take a tour of the facilities. Explore the vineyards where a variety of native and foreign grapes are grown. Taste some of the organic wines produced on-site, accompanied by snacks. Then, enjoy a delicious traditional dinner.

After dinner, travel to the Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory, located in the north-eastern region of the Great Caucasus Mountains. Located on the eastern slope of Pirqulu, the observatory is situated at a height of 1,500 metres above sea level. Take a tour of the observatory, followed by 2 hours of stargazing with a telescope. Enjoy the clear night sky, ideal for spotting the constellations.

After your stargazing experience, be taken to a hotel in Shamakhi, where you will enjoy a relaxing overnight stay. Enjoy breakfast the following morning, and check-out at 10:00 AM for your return journey to Baku, where you will arrive at midday.
